Is the $25 inspection really just $25?
Yes. The professional inspection fee is exactly $25. This includes a licensed technician performing a 33-point system check, a carbon monoxide safety test, and a primary filter replacement. If we find a problem that requires repair, we will provide a quote for that repair, but you are under no obligation to proceed.
Does the 0% financing apply to repairs?
Generally, our 0% for 24 months financing promotion is reserved for new system installations. However, we do have other HVAC financing options available for larger repairs. Please ask your technician for details.
How do I qualify for the Free Second Opinion?
If another licensed HVAC company has given you a written quote for a major repair or a full system replacement, give us a call. We will come out and give you our professional assessment for free to ensure the diagnosis is correct and the price is fair.
Are there restrictions on the service area for these coupons?
These offers are valid within our primary service areas of Salt Lake County and Utah County. If you live in outlying areas like Summit or Tooele County, please call us to verify if a trip charge applies.
What does "Financing Subject to Approval" mean?
It means that our financing partner (Synchrony) will run a credit check to determine if you qualify for the loan and the specific terms. Most homeowners with reasonable credit are approved quickly.
